Realme 3 Pro to launch in India at 12.30 pm today How to watch the event live

At an event held in New Delhi, Realme has announced the successor of Realme 2 Pro (Review) - the Realme 3 Pro.

The smartphone has 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel dual-rear cameras with Chroma boost feature.

After teasing it for weeks, OPPO's Realme brand has launched its highest-priced smartphone offering yet, coinciding with the company's one-year anniversary.

Other Realme C2 specifications include a 6.1-inch HD+ display.

The phone is expected to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor along with Sony IMX519 camera sensor at the back of the phone.

Realme is aiming to take on the Samsung Galaxy M10 and Redmi 7 with the Realme C2.

As promised by the company during the launch of Realme 3, the Pro variant of the phone has finally been revealed. And, the Realme 3 Pro is kept alive by a decent 4045mAh battery that supports Super VOOC 3.0 5V/4A fast charging and comes with the 20W adapter in the box.

The first thing that strikes you when you hold Realme 3 Pro is the curved back panel.The panel tapers around the edges and merges with phone's side frame. The two phones implement a similar u-shaped notch design, giving the screen a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Sheth also mentioned that the Realme 3 Pro would be the first device in the segment to offer direct compatibility for Fornite Mobile. There is a 2 GB RAM + 16 GB storage variant, which is priced at Rs 5,999, and then there is a 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage model, which will cost you Rs 7,999.

Realme is going with the campaign tagline of "The Speed Awakens", hinting at the presence of a high speed processor and fast charging capabilities of the smartphone's battery. The front comes with a 25-megapixel camera sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.

The Realme C2, on the other hand, will be available starting May 15 with the 2GB+16GB and 3GB+32GB variants priced at ₹5,999 and ₹7,999, respectively.

The Realme C2 has 32GB and 64GB of internal storage options that both are expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB) with a dedicated slot. It comes with a choice of either 4GB or 6GB of RAM with storage options of up to 128GB.

Redmi Note 7 Pro comes in black, blue and red colours while the Realme 3 Pro Carbon Grey, Nitro Blue, and Lightning Purple colour options. Connectivity features include Global Positioning System, a dual-SIM Card slot, 4G LTE, VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.0, microUSB 2.0 port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. There's a primary 16MP camera with an f/1.7 aperture which is assisted by a 5MP depth sensor. Lastly, the phone packs a 4,000mAh battery and measures 154.3x73.7x8.5mm.
