Former Highland Springs star Andre Ingram gets second stint with the Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers will likely be without forward Brandon Ingram for the rest of the season.

"It's been frustrating. This is the second year that this has happened".

Both sides have agreed on this course of action after Ball had his left ankle re-evaluated on Saturday. Averaging almost 28 points per game in the first four games following the break, Ingram was just recently diagnosed with deep venous thrombosis in his right arm - which occurs when a blood clot forms in one or more of the deep veins in your body.

Head to head, the under is 6-2 in the last eight meetings, the Lakers are 2-5 ATS in the last seven meetings in Toronto and the Lakers are 0-5 ATS in the last five meetings overall.

Kyle Kuzma, the Lakers' second-leading scorer with 18.8 points per game, also has missed two games with a sprained ankle. The condition usually occurs in legs, but can occur in the upper body.

Post-All-Star break, James returned to action but was reportedly playing at a much heavier weight than he was accustomed to throughout his career (around 280 pounds).

Despite the Lakers' disappointing season, James has maintained his excellent output this season and has posted averages of 27.3 points, 8.7 rebounds and 8.0 assists per game in 49 outings.

"The Ingram thing is a big problem and a scary injury. They'll get an opportunity to learn, and I get an opportunity to play with them, so we can take that out of it for sure". "I'm just finding out a lot of it myself". Through December, the Lakers maintained the fourth seed in the Western Conference. Bosh had to retire because of blood clotting issues.

Nigerian building collapses, leaving school students trapped in rubble
Building collapses are frequent in Nigeria , where regulations are poorly enforced and construction materials often substandard. Rescue efforts are expected to continue into the night as hundreds of anxious people watch an excavator work under floodlights.

And James says the final matches of the season could be crucial in helping the young Lakers squad.

Ball recently had been seen doing some shooting without jumping and dribbling exercises on the court. Lonzo Ball #2 of the Los Angeles Lakers during a game against the Dallas Mavericks at American Airlines Center on January 07, 2019 in Dallas, Texas.

"From my eye, not being a doctor, he's not quite ready", Walton said before Ball was shut down.

With the Lakers out of it, saving Ball for future National Basketball Association seasons is the best thing to do right now. And Josh Hart continues to play despite knee tendinitis that has been bothering him for a few months.

He spoke publicly Tuesday for the first time since January and his recent shutdown for the remainder of the season.

He added: "Obviously, I would love for the team to be in the postseason". "I'm going to play as hard as I can for however long I can".

"At the end of the day, you can only control the things that you can control". Our chances are slimming down each and every game.
