Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is demanding more from Raheem Sterling after his hat-trick against Watford.

- Sterling scored his hat-trick in 13 minutes and 12 seconds - the fastest in the Premier League since Romelu Lukaku for Everton against Sunderland in September 2016 (11 minutes and 37 seconds).

Sterling completed his treble with a smart finish, but the way the England global opened the scoring brought with it the Premier League's latest offside controversy.

Guardiola said, "He can do better".

They won the Premier League with a record 100 points last season and are in contention for an unprecedented quadruple this year. If it is not good then OK, we will accept it. I don't want to just score goals but important goals and help the team.

"I spoke with the players and they know how tough it will be".

"Some referees say it is, sometimes another one says no".

Clubs voted against using VAR in the Premier League this season, but it will be introduced in 2019/20. Watford seemed content to get every player back behind the ball, setting themselves up to hit their opponents on the counter through the likes of Isaac Success and Andre Gray.

"The Premier League has previously contacted Manchester City to request information regarding recent allegations and is in ongoing dialogue with the club", a Premier League statement read.

Disney's new Star Wars land will debut in Orlando on Aug. 29
The date for Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge's bow at a Walt Disneyland and Walt Disney World was moved up from its initial fall debut. Those guests looking to go to the California location between May 31 and June 23 will need to book advance reservations.

"So, hopefully next season like in Europe it can install the VAR and this kind of situation will be fair". However, after a three minute delay, referee Paul Tierney overruled linesman Adrian Holmes and awarded the goal.

Guardiola was frustrated by the questions about officiating and complicated rule system, just as he was irked by a report on the eve of the game that he had verbally agreed to join Juventus on a four-year deal. I'll take them all day'.

"I know exactly what the guys are doing for the last two seasons and more and that is what remains my feelings".

"I am not going to Juventus in the next two seasons".

"It is hard to understand why we changed so much from the first half to the second".

England captain Kane's first-half milestone was eclipsed as third-placed Spurs squandered a lead in a game they were dominating, prompting criticism of his players by manager Mauricio Pochettino.

"In the second, the game changed". Today, it was really hard and it will be a hard run-in but we're focused. "I think they saw the Watford defender play the ball onto Sterling but not that he also challenged for it as well".

'It's going alright for me and the team, ' the match-winning City forward said.
