Charles and Camilla receive official welcome as their West African tour begins

Charles and Camilla are scheduled to meet with Barrow on Thursday.

The royal couple are completing a nine-day tour of West Africa, which kicked off in the Gambia on Wednesday, celebrating the country's return to the Commonwealth this year.

Prince Charles said Gambia turned "its back on 20 years of autocratic rule in order to embrace a new beginning".
