According to Shams Charania‏ of the Stadium, citing unidentified sources, the Timberwolves are "showing no inclination to move" on Houston's offer of two injured players and four first-rounders for Butler. However, until Butler changes his mind, Tom Thibodeau and the Timberwolves have to continue to explore trade options.

Butler would join all-star's Chris Paul and James Harden to form a new big three in Houston.

After asking for a trade out of Minnesota in September, Butler's name has been linked to a fair amount of teams, but no real traction has been made yet by any organization although offers are still coming in.

According to an ESPN report, the Rockets have offered four first-round picks as part of a deal to land the disgruntled Tomball native. Butler can opt out of his contract and become a free agent at the end of the season.

Butler, 29, is averaging 24.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 3.8 steals in his first four starts this season.

For the Rockets to include a package with four first-round picks, they'd have to be spread out over a seven-year period, as teams are prohibited from trading their first-round picks in consecutive seasons.

The Raptors (4-0) will be looking to start a season with five straight wins for just the second time.

Obviously Daryl Morey of the Houston Rockets believes they are one piece away from beating the Golden State Warriors, so he's going all-in.

Houston brought back most of that team from previous year, but lost an important player at the wing in Trevor Ariza and depth like Luc Mbah a Moute.
