Another woman accuses Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct

An examination taken by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford was released Wednesday showing she passed a polygraph test over the sexual assault allegations

Sen. Jeff Merkley Sues To Prevent Final Vote On Brett Kavanaugh

Mr. Avenatti, who is representing adult film star Stormy Daniels in a lawsuit against President Trump, previewed Ms. Swetnick's claims earlier this week.

Judge is a friend of Kavanaugh whom an earlier accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, said was present when she alleges Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her roughly 36 years ago.

"This morning Michael Avenatti provided a declaration to the Judiciary Committee", spokesman Taylor Foy said.

The US Senate's top Democrat Chuck Schumer demanded Wednesday that Republicans "immediately suspend" the confirmation process.

But the third allegation is more serious than the other two. Kavanaugh has resolutely and comprehensively denied all allegations against him of sexual misconduct and vowed not to withdraw his nomination.

Ford came public with her allegations against Kavanaugh on September 16, after Sen.

Her affidavit, sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee, is now circulating on Twitter. "These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh". Judge has denied that this occurred. Kavanagh was a student at the elite private school at the time of the alleged incident with Ford. "It is not fair to Brett Kavanaugh, it is not fair to anyone involved", Toobin said.

On Kavanaugh's claim that he stayed a virgin for many years after high school, Avenatti said: "I don't believe it".

Swetnick did not identify who allegedly raped her. She detailed the account to a therapist in a marriage counseling session in 2012, although she did not specifically name Kavanaugh.

Deborah Ramirez, 53, says Kavanaugh exposed himself to her during a party, thrusting his genitals in her face and causing her to touch them without her consent, according to the magazine.

The affidavit said she has clearances to work with multiple federal agencies, including the Treasury Department.

FOX 5 has not been able to corroborate Swetnick's allegations and is investigating the claims.

Swetnick also says Kavanaugh, Judge and others would "spike" the drinks at parties with drugs or alcohol to cause girls to lose their inhibitions "so they could then be "gang raped" in a side room or bedroom by a "train" of numerous boys". She attended the University of Maryland and Montgomery College after graduating from Gaithersburg High School.

In addition to writing that she "observed Brett Kavanaugh drink excessively at these parties and enage in abusive and physically aggressive behavior towards girls", she mentions having seen him at a string of parties known as "Beach Week". Even so, she claims to have been victimized by this "train" rape conspiracy in 1982, although Swetnick only says that Kavanaugh was "present", not that he participated in it.
