The 37-year-old American former actress wrote the foreword to the book which represents her first solo venture since becoming a member of Britain's royal family after marrying Queen Elizabeth's grandson Harry in May.

In a "right time, right moment" situation, the crew caught Meghan's huge smile as she saw her bridal outfit, which included a veil that featured hand-embroider flowers from each of the 53 countries in the Commonwealth.

According to writer and royal family friend Lady Colin Campbell, Markle's "politics are an issue" for the Prince's inner circle.

The launch saw the women of the Hubb Community Kitchen in making delicious food for their guests which included Prince Harry and Meghan's mother, Doria Radland. When she couldn't keep it off her face, the prince gently brushed it aside for her.
