"The photographs were taken by Matt Holyoak at Clarence House, following Prince Louis' christening", the palace tweeted.

The christening of Prince Louis happened July 9 in the Chapel Royal at St. James's Palace, and now official photos by world-class portraitist Matt Holyoak have been released for all to see!

The fifth in line to the British throne, who was born on April 23, was christened by the Archbishop of Canterbury at The Chapel Royal of St James's Palace in central London.

Prince Louis' christening photos also show the lovely bond the newborn has formed with his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who couldn't look more chuffed with their new baby brother.

In another, the royals are joined by Catherine's parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, sister Pippa Matthews and her husband James, and brother James Middleton.

Kate and Wills kept it intimate, with only the little Prince's godparents, their spouses, and close family members in attendance.

Then came her singles return, at Indiana Wells in March, when she won her first two matches before losing to her sibling. The longer her career extends, greater the current and future WTA match-ups, and the greater the gift of women's tennis.

Louis is wearing a replica of the royal christening robe, made of fine Honiton lace lined with white satin, which was created in 1841 for Queen Victoria's eldest daughter, Victoria, the Princess Royal.

The breathtakingly attractive photos were unveiled to mark the young Prince's christening, which was attended by senior members of the royal family. She and Prince Harry tied the knot back in May and became the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

"Everyone was so relaxed and in such good spirits, it was an absolute pleasure".

Sadly, Prince Louis' great-grandparents Queen Elizabeth, 92, and Prince Philip, 96, did not attend. Seated, left to right: Prince William, The Duke of Cambridge; Prince George; Prince Louis; Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge; and Princess Charlotte.

Photographer Matt Holyoak captured the special moments at Clarence House after the christening.

The following day the Queen, alongside other members of the royal family, attended the RAF centenary in London.
